It took our waitress 20 minutes to come get our drink order after we had been seated. We waited 15 minutes to get our drinks, then waited another 10 minutes for her to take our food order. Let me inform you that it was not that busy and there was only two of us. Needless to say the service was awful and the food was NOT that great. We most defintely will never eat there again.

This was our family's first and last visit to the Island Pancake House. The food was OK. No complaints there. The services however was slow as a snail. There is no excuse for waiting 20 minutes between being seated and have a waitperson show up to take our order. We were in this place for about 1.5 hours just to get a simple breakfast. Then they had the gall to automatically add a $9.00 tip to our bill. Slow service and so so food. Next time we will go to ***edited*** or ***edited***. Either one would have been better.
