They actually put beer into the mix for the crust. You can go in and watch them do it. The pizza at Chicago's is some of the best on the island. You know you are at the right place when you can order a pizza and it comes out of the oven weighing in at over 8 pounds. Also, don't forget about the lunch pizza. Get pizza by the slice, you'll only need one maybe 2 if you are really hungry. I'd recommend Chicago's Pizza to anyone visiting the Gulf Shore/Orange Beach, Alabama area.
