Elberta Sausage Festival
 The Elberta Sausage Festival is located in the town park, at the intersection of Main St. and State St. (Co Rd 83 and US Hwy 98). It is a one day event that is held twice a year, the last Saturday in March & October.
This bi-annual fundraiser for the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department attracts approx. 30,000 people per festival. All proceeds benefit the fire department. There are around 230 arts and crafts booths, and approximately 7,000 pounds of Elberta German Sausage per festival.
